Due to the increasing demands of the Australia & New Zealand energy transition industry and our niche client base, there is an increasing demand for overseas talent and we wish to speak with passionate recruiters and talent acquistion specialists who are interested in working in the UK focussing on sending talent to Australia and New Zealand.

The Phillip Riley Group work across a broad range of roles (from Development, Finance, Construction, Asset Management) primiarly across the Renewable Energy sector with offices in Australia, New Zealand, US and the UK.

Your main responsibilities will be to devise/deliver innovative candidate or talent attraction strategies, including social sourcing and talent mapping, and to provide exceptional shortlists for our Contracting & Permanent vacancies.
 
We are looking for a fun, professional individual who has ideally had a profile similar to the following:
  • Recruitment experience environment, ideally in a resourcer, account management or candidate attraction role, agency or internal recruitment experience will be considered
  • Professional, personable and credible with a broad range of stakeholders; and
  • Possess intrinsic attributes that drive success in recruitment, such as empathy, resilience, listening skills, passion, integrity and work ethic.
