Site Manager

• €50-70k per annum
• Hands-on role on both rooftop and ground-mounted sites

Imagine yourself as the driving force behind the growth of our thriving solar energy company.

As a Site Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our commercial-scale solar PV projects, from rooftop installations to large ground-mounted systems.

You'll manage the setup and decommissioning of project sites, coordinate plant hire, logistics, and subcontractors, while ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and quality.

This permanent role offers a competitive salary range of €50,000 to €70,000, with a range of excellent benefits including a company pension scheme, healthcare contribution, and 25 days of holiday.

Overview:

• Manage site set-up and decommissioning
• Oversee plant hire and day-to-day site logistics and deliveries
• Manage subcontractors and ensure adherence to health and safety standards
• Maintain quality throughout the project lifecycle
• Provide regular updates to the Project Manager

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven experience in site management, with a minimum of 3 years in a relevant role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with clients and the Project Manager
• Experience in solar / PV is beneficial but not essential
• A full Irish driver's license is beneficial
