The 2022 Annual Remuneration Report has shown that salaries have increased, with some industries reporting an average of 1-5% increase. An interesting observation was that whilst salaries have increased, the majority of the respondents were expecting further salary increases.
Furthermore, both public and private investing will continue to drive the industry as we expect to see a significant increase in job creation.
